Turn off JetPack offline alerts

How can I disable the Jetpack alerts without access to the site?

A client let their domain expire (intentionally) and now I’m getting the “offline or unresponsive” messages frequently… 36 times in the last 24 hours.

I can access the files on the host via SSH, but that’s it. This host doesn’t allow accessing sites by IP address.
