WordPress does NOT come with 2FA out of the box.

That said, find out what triggers this 2FA.

    A plugin?

    Server?

If it’s a plugin, then get rid of it.

If its yoour server, then discuss with your hosting provider

To Deactivate a plugin, you might simply rename tje folder where it lives. As stated above, 2FA is not build in, so it must be a plugin.
