Turkish characters when exporting to csv

    Is this only during a file export? Does it appear correctly if you use a short code on a post?

    CFDB stored characters in UTF-8. I wonder if your site has a different encoding and it is not getting converted. I think this means it would be incorrect for files but correctly displayed on your site.
