Turbo Widget Plugin Alignment and widget selection

I am using WordPress 4.5.2, localhost, evolve theme. Just installed Turbo Widgets today and have a couple of issues.

1 – when inserting a widget using the insert button the list of widgets available does not show my already created text widgets as options to add

2 – the only page alignment seems to be horizontal
