Turbo link in 3.0

I’ve upgraded to WP 3.01 and i’m baffled as to why i still show the Turbo link in the dashboard header despite the fact that it was supposed to be removed in WP 3.0+

Please let me know how to remove it, even if it requires a manual removal from the core WP files.
