Tumblr test post OK – but not manual or automatic

A I said it test posts ok – but does not post automatically like other SM accounts.

Tumbler & Stumble upon seem to be behaving strangly

From within the post – tumblr looks like it has posted – but it has not, but if I do a test post its ok.

Stumbleupon – Will do test post OK – but when reposting from within a post it throws back and error.

I already saw that. There are two Stumbleupon errors there and nothing about Tumblr. So how exactly it could help me?
