• Hi,

The tubepress plugin I use on my site is down for some reason. I’m confused as to why this is because I did no editing to the page, plugin etc.

    here is the page: https://www.ilovelimerick.ie/media/videos/

and here is the editor in the back end:

PAGE CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED. IN THE MEANTIME PLEASE SEE ALL OF OUR VIDEOS AT:

    <span style=”color: #ff0000;”><span style=”color: #ff0000;”>WWW.YOUTUBE.COM/ILOVELIMERICK</span></span>

    THANK YOU.

All of the I Love Limerick videos are available below and can be viewed by clicking on the thumbnails. We understand that there are a great deal of videos, so if you’re looking for a specific video please utilise the search box on your right. Thank you and enjoy!
    <div align=”right”>[tubepress output=”searchInput”]</div>
    [tubepress output=”searchResults” searchProvider=”youtube” searchResultsRestrictedToUser=”ilovelimerick”]

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

I can only guess that somebody has edited your page to put in the “PAGE CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED …” text. That’s certainly not coming from TubePress.

In fact, it seems that TubePress is still loaded on that page. It’s just showing a gallery with a single video in it. See the purple arrow in this screenshot.

It’s strange because no matter what channel or user I apply settings to and show on my site only one video displays in the window. Is there any setting that could apply to this?

Go to WP Admin > Settings > TubePress > Feed. What is the value of the option “Maximum total videos to retrieve”? You’ll want to se that to zero (0).
