Hi, I am looking at eCommerce hosting for a Woo shop and came across the TsoHost package that claims to offer £4000 of premium Woo plugins (incl. subscriptions and memberships) as part of the hosting plan.

Would I be able to get support from Woo for these plugins if I signed up to their plan? The TSO support staff could not answer that question, nor if they would issue licenses so I’m wondering if this is a “too good to be true” scenario!

    Any guidance appreciated. -C

    Hi @colinfroggatt,

As long as you have an active license for plugins or extensions from WooCommerce.com that allow for an active subscription to access product updates and our support team.

If the license expired or is no longer valid you can still use the product on your site for as long as you like but you can no longer access the file for download or receive support or updates for the product.
