When I go to change the settings nothing shows up.

I tried deactivating, and even deleting and re-installing the plugin.

  • Hi colinrbaker2,

Thanks for reaching out! I completely understand the concern here, and I’ll be happy to take a look with you to see why the settings page isn’t loading as expected on your end. In order to do so, could you please reply back here with the following information?

    – Does this behavior persist when trying to change the plugin settings in an alternate browser? Sometimes browser extensions and/or cached data can cause funkiness. Testing in an alternate browser can help us rule that out as a possible culprit.
    – What browser are you currently using, and what version is installed?
    – What is the PHP version currently installed on your site?
    – Were you previously able to adjust the settings, and if so, were there any recent changes made to the site? Any recent changes to your network or firewall settings?
    – Feel free to include any additional details and/or screenshots that you feel may be helpful

Thanks – that will help us start trouble shooting. We look forward to hearing back and digging in!

    Warmest Regards,

    Pearl

    – Doesn’t seem any different.
    – Chrome Version 54.0.2840.87 (64-bit), I also tried safari and firefox.
    – WordPress version 4.6.1; PHP 5.5.9
    – Yes, I was using another mail chimp account previously to test it, that account was deleted and I when I went to change it to the API for the new account, the settings page appeared as it does in the screenshot.
    – Sorry, but I’m not entirely sure what else would help, is there anything specific that would help?

Thanks so much for the timely response!

    Hey there,

Thanks for those details and for you patience here! One important thing to note is that MailChimp for WooCommerce is only compatible with the minimum WooCommerce recommended requirements of PHP 5.6 and above. Try deactivating the plugin, deleting it, then upgrading to PHP 5.6 or greater to see if that resolves things.

    Looking forward to hearing back!

    Best,
    Garnet
