Trying to upload a pdf, but getting file to large error

I am trying to make a blog boast that contains a link to a pdf that someone can download. The pdf is 41 mb. What options do I have to make this happen? (I know a lot of sites let you download pdf’s of different things, so I’m sure there is a way.)

I also want to be sure google indexes the pdf so it can be found for the search engines.

Any help you can provide will be great appriciated
