Trying to update nrelate deleted cart data instead?

I am working on a site for a client that has both nrelate installed and WooCommerce. They have an extension for WooCommerce installed called “Cart Reports” and it tracks abandoned vs completed carts.

This morning when I was in Plugins->Update Available, I went to update nrelate and instead, all of the data in Cart Reports was deleted instead and nrelate was not updated. Our hosting company (Synthesis) said to ask both plugin developers.

Anyone have any ideas or had this happen to them? I am still totally baffled by it. Neither of these plugins are related, and it’s not like I could have accidentally clicked a button that was on a totally different page.
