Trying to show full post on homepage

Hi,

I am trying to show the full post and include the date on the home page and cannot seem to find the right setting to do that: https://75.103.67.132

I have set it to full text but still nothing, where am I missing it? I am copying a blog currently on wordpress.com which is using this theme to a paid hosting account so want to make exact duplicate. Here is the exisiting one: https://jaimethinksaydo.wordpress.com/
