Trying to reset admin password, but not working?

  • Hello, i have a website that someone made for me. They made a account for me but it was not the ADMIN account.

    I tried to call him to get the admin login info but he isnt answering.

    I went into the cpanel > wordpress and sent the reset information to my email.

    But the info did not work when i tried it in the blog.

    Why is this?

    I resent it 2-3 more times but it still doesnt work.
