Trying to remove cookie consent extension

  • Hello all,

    Is there any way to disable the cookie consent form on my website. I have a different cookie consent tool that came with my termageddon subscription and I would like for that to be the only cookie consent option that shows up. Is there any way to disable or hide the cookie consent pop-up from my site, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    You have two different Cookie consents active, one appears to be “usercentrics” (I’m guessing this is the one you’re wanting to use) and the other looks like it’s provided by your theme, Blocksy or via the ‘Blocksy Companion’ plugin.

    The Blocksy developers should be able to help you disable it, if you can’t find it in the settings. You can find the forum for their support here. You should be able to disable it by following the directions here to enable it (just disable it instead)

    Excellent, thank you for that information. If you don’t mind me asking how did you discover where the different elements were coming from?
