Trying to recreate Price-alc form using Variables

I have successfully created the form fields, however, I can’t figure out how to Hide some of the fields, like you could with price calc. Here is my existing form built with Price-calc:

These are all my “elements”
Rental Length + Style Choice + Zip Code + Additional + Indoor

Option 1 only requires
Rental Length + Zip Code + Additional
Option 2 only requires
Style Choice + Zip Code + Additional + Indoor

Also, I miss the option of having a “continue” button, I don’t like all the form selections right out there. And I had to go back in after creating the form options to add “– Please select –” as the first item in each drop down. This should be set to be the first option in a dropdown element.
