• I have a domain name, wings.me.uk, through hostpapa, which, until recently, was attached to https://inaudible-like-angels.com .
A little while ago I lost the domain name through a misunderstanding with emails that went astray.
I have now managed to re-register it (with hostpapa)and want to attach it to https://inaudible-like-angels.com but can’t work out how to do it.
    Can someone help me, please?
Simple answers would help, as I’m in my 70s and struggle with computer-see.
    Thank you.

    OK, I will try.
I bought wings.me.uk from hostpapa and used it as the domain name for https://inaudible-like-angels.com.
A few months back, I failed to keep up the payments, through a mix-up with emails, and lost the domain name.
So, I started to use https://inaudible-like-angels.com instead.
Now, I have re-registered the domain name, wings.me.uk, with hostpapa and would like to re-activate it on https://inaudible-like-angels.com.
But I can’t understand how to do it.
I can’t work out where to paste in the information, whether to create a new domain name or if the old one can be re-activated.
    Does this help any?

    Hey there,

For this, you should contact your domain registrar’s support team. Just tell them you want https://inaudible-like-angels.com to redirect to wings.me.uk. When you’re done, you’ll need to move your WordPress installation, for which you can read this article. Hope it helps.

I will come back later and let you know how I get on.

I contacted hostpapa and got the following message

    ………………………………………………………………………..
    Thank you for contacting HostPapa.

I can see that you have domain name wings.me.uk registered with us and there is no hosting service purchased. In order to setup the redirect for the domain you will either have to purchased the Hosting account with us or change the name servers for the domain to the hosting provider where your domain name inaudible-like-angels.com is hosted.

To update your DNS entries please follow these steps:

1.Log into your dashboard at https://hostpapa.com/dashboard
    2.Click My Domains.
3.In the list of domains, click the domain you wish to update.
    4.Click the Lock tab.
5.If the domain supports locking/unlocking, unlock your domain.
    6.Click the Name Servers tab.
7.Select the Use Custom Name Servers radio button.
8.Remove ALL the nameservers currently in the nameservers fields.
    9.Enter your preferred nameservers.
10.Click the Update DNS Servers button.
11.If you unlocked your domain name, click the Lock tab and lock your domain again.

Once you can changed the name servers you can add the domain domain under there cPanel of the account and setup the redirect.
    ………………………………………………………………………………

I have entered the wordpress name servers, but can not find a cPanel on WordPress.

I tries to enter wings.me.uk as a new domain but got a message to say that it was already mapped to a site.

I have no idea what to do next.

    Can someone please help me?

But the url still says https://inaudible-like-angels.com
    How do I change this?
