Trying to Migrate subscriptions from .com redirected to selfhosted

Hi all,

I recently moved from a wordpress.com hosted blog to a selfhosted wordpress 4.1 install that I installed JetPack on. I then got the redirect service from wordpress.com to redirect to wholelattecoffee.com.

When I was looking at my dashboard today I noticed that it said 0 subscriptions. I knew I had a few when I was still using the .com site so I started looking in to migrating those subscriptions. Apparently Jetpack enabled sites have that functionality and I can find the link in my Settings page on wordpress.com for other blogs just fine but not for the blog that I redirected my old .com site to.

Am I missing something obviously simple or is that simply not possible?
