Trying to migrate from AISEO (Not getting Title/Meta description on all pages)

    I followed this guide to migrate from AISEO to Yoast SEO: How to migrate from All in one SEO to Yoast SEO ? Yoast

    However, only page title and meta description from product pages were imported correctly. Posts, pages and product tags were not imported. These fields are now empty.

    This was imported: Product pages, product categories and the websites home page. However, the Title and meta on the home page is an old version (not the title/meta I had in AISEO). The title/meta that was imported was used months or years ago (not sure exactly when).

    It’s very similar to this thread that I found:

    I will try to restore a backup from the website, but I’d rather use Yoast if it’s possible to switch and get everything imported.

    Thanks for choosing Yoast SEO. After the migration, did you perform the SEO data optimization analysis? Please try the following:

    1. Install & activate the Yoast Test Helper plugin
    2. Go to Tools > Yoast Test
    3. Locate the Yoast SEO section and click on the ‘Reset indexables tables & migrations‘, ‘Reset Prominent words calculation‘, and ‘Reset Internal link counter‘ buttons. After each click, the page will reload to confirm that the specific reset was successful.
    4. Go to SEO > Tools, and under SEO data, click the “Start SEO data optimization” button to allow Yoast to rescan your content.

    Please let us know if the reported issue remains after resetting the optimized data.
