trying to make my own theme

Hi i am trying to make my own theme but i am having huge troubles even thought i am trying to make it very small and simple.
My out put seems to give a

at the end. I guess that is what makes it not work as i want to.
I cant find where it comes from so if any one could find it or tell me what i may be doing wrong i would be very very greatfull. please keep it simple as i am trying and not at all exprianced in php.

i have set the debug to true
i do not really know where i can get the problems listed but i hope it will help anyone whom wants to check what may be wrong out.
