Trying to make a model agency listing

Hello,

I some help I am doind a webpage of an agency model and I am having trouble how of how to list the models, what I need is something like this:

to make a page that lists features images and title of posts that is it, how can i do that??

Also, I need some help doing some new fields on every model profile, how can I add them new fields like hair color, eye color etc and show it on their profile?
