Trying to limit membership list to members

I’m trying to make the membership list private to the membership only. But, as soon as I wrap the content of ‘UPB_profile_list_file.php’ with an ‘if’ statement, nothing shows up on the page and I get odd syntax errors. Is there another way to do this?
