Trying to insert a gallery

    All of a sudden none of my galleries are showing. When I try to insert a new gallery on this page. I select the gallery that was created but nothing shows up on the page but a blank box. When I view is shows INVALID TEMPLATE on the screen.

    I have used this for years now all of a sudden it is not working. Everything is updated.

    HOw can I fix this issue?

    @innkeeperea – I can see you have NextGEN Gallery installed and active (please update to the latest release) although I am not seeing any reference to an inserted display on the URL you shared.

    As is, the message generally indicated the template being used for the display is no longer available such as a custom template that has been moved and/or removed. This can happen with updates that overwrite the area where the custom template may have been saved.

    Could you share the generated shortcode you are using for the inserted display that is giving this invalid template message?

    The plugin is updated. Everything on the site is updated.

    I did not create any custom templates I just used the plain old gallery for this site

    I think I found the issue, it was using a different template that obviously no longer exists. I managed to fix one page. Will get back to you if the others don’t work
