  • Hi @jamesdonegan!

Thanks for letting us know about this, I appreciate it!

This is a PHP notice, so it’s not a full-blown error. That said, are you seeing any issues with the synchronization between your WooCommerce shop and the Facebook Catalog?

Additionally, is this occurring repeatedly or has it just shown up a couple of times?

Thanks so much for any other information here!

    Julie ??

Thanks for getting back to me, Julie.
It fills the debug.log file —?over and over and over again. ??

    Hey @jamesdonegan ,

This is Pit, stepping in for Julie as she isn’t available today.

Thank you very much for sharing more information with us regarding this issue. In order to continue with troubleshooting this, would it be possible to create a support request in our Help Center and send to us your site’s System Report? This can help me confirm if this is an issue caused by another plugin or the connection of our plugin to your Facebook Shop.

You can navigate to WooCommerce > Status > System Report and click on the “Get System Report” button to generate it. You can copy and paste it to the message that you send to us.

Also, it would be really helpful if you can enable and include our plugin’s debug log as well. You can do that by navigating at WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce and then click on the “Enable debug mode” option. After trying to replicate this issue again, you can find the debug log in the WooCommerce > Status > Log page.

You can create a support request with our team by sending us a message at [email protected]

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Pit
