@raam Dev I also tried using v141110 but I still get the same errors as before I’m afraid

I’ve opened an issue on our issue tracker to do further testing with custom attachment taxonomies here: https://github.com/websharks/quick-cache/issues/399

If anyone can confirm this issue is still present with the latest version of Quick Cache (v141231), that would help with testing.

I also have your plugin installed in two web sites and I experience the same issue. I can upload images but after this alert:

“An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later”

Is happens continously with both a child theme of twenty eleven and the rttheme18 theme.

In the twenty eleven site I have the pro version of Quick Cache and in the rtheme the lite version

There is some more trouble

When I Activate the plugin WP produces this message:

“The plugin generated 393 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice headers already sent messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

some hints?

@xcaliz I have never seen either of these issues and I’m currently unable to reproduce them.

Please deactivate all other plugins except Quick Cache to confirm that this issue is not the result of a conflict between Quick Cache and some other plugin you have installed. Also, please test with the default TwentyFifteen theme to rule out a theme conflict.
