• Hi,

    I’m setting up a website, https://www.SusanLStewartBooks.com

This is a site about books, short stories, writing and book reviews. I’m trying to figure out how to put something (?) on the homepage so people can submit their own book reviews in the “Book Reviews” category. I’ve downloaded “TT Guest Post Submit” and installed it, but can’t find a way to make it show up on the home page or even if it’s the best way to go. Is there a better plugin for my problem?

I appreciate any help you can offer.

    Susan

  • Were you able to put the TT Guest Post Submit shortcode on a page or in a text widget? Doing so should create the form for guests to post book reviews.

That being said, I personally would be inclined to use Gravity Forms for this.

Ninja Forms with the Front End Post extension (https://ninjaforms.com/extensions/front-end-posting/) would probably work too.

    Hi Matt,

    https://www.susanlstewartbooks.com

Thank you for your response. I put the short code on a post and added it to the left sidebar but when I click on it I don’t get any place to write, I just get the short code. I’ve been at this for two days now so I think I’m going to take your advice and try Gravity Forms. Hopefully, they will have support if I can’t get it to work.

    Thank you for your help,

    Susan
