Trying to get JS Banner Rotate to work

Hi I cannot get JS Banner Rotate to work on my site using a theme I built. It works on the default wordpress kubrick theme however. I am using the wp_head and wp_footer functions as required, is there anything else that might be missing for this plugin to work? thanks At the moment I get absolutely no output from the plugin on my page.
