Trying to get Images to show to my site from a feed

I am getting my feed on the center of the page but I don’t seem to be able to get any images to display there.( the post images )

The site is https://www.diviziatm.ro/articole/life-inedit

The feed comes from: https://www.romanialibera.ro/rss/bani-afaceri/finante-48.xml
The categories, image php File look like this

<img src="<?php echo catch_that_image() ?>" width="95" height="140" alt="" title="<?php printf(__('%s', 'kubrick'), the_title_attribute('echo=0')); ?>" />

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I conclusion i want to display the images feed on my wp site.
