Trying to find/create a Simple Business Directory/List

Hello I’m trying to find a plugin to create a simple business directory. I want each business to appear very simply (name, thumbnail image, description) with categories or tags that are searchable. I’ve tried the top business directories and they’re not exactly what I’m looking for. I don’t need forms or paypal capability.

I’m wondering if a directory perhaps is not what I’m looking for but maybe a searchable list or a custom page template.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
