I also had this issue, I fixed it by logging out of the plugin and reentering the API key from my Sendinblue dashboard into the plugin.

Thanks j7u7l7s! I was getting the same error message as the OP. Logged out and re-entered my API and all is well.

I have this issue too but it persists even after logging out and re-adding in my API. This is when I try to create a new form.

I’m on WP verson 4.7.3. Also, just noticed if I try to amend the default form and save, none of the changes are saved.

Fixed now with the latest plugin update.
