Trying to create a sight like Reverbnation.com

Hello,
I been teaching myself WordPress for two years and i’m not quite where I want to be and I need some serious help. I am looking to start a site that is like reverbnation.com where artist can sign up and create profiles and add their music and video to my site without being able to do any other admin functions. Right now my website is https://www.theroute360.com and i am using a members plugin and using the Wootheme “Unsigned”. Please help i been paying for hosting for two years and is unable to get the site to what i want it to do exactly. Suggestions Please!
