Trying to Create a Player Database

I am trying to create a player database for my football recruiting site qbhitlist.com. This database will include the players name, height, weight, school, location, and rating. I am confused which plug in I need to install, and the steps I need to take after installing. I am well versed in computer coding so I will need a step by step process on how to create this type of database. Below is an example of the database I am trying to create.
