    Hello,

Firstly, I’d like to thank the developers for the plugin, it’s really useful.

I detected that, if a second popup shows, closing it will close the first one instead. I’ve checked the JS API to see if it was possible to disable other popups on the show event and enable them back after the hide event, but it doesn’t seem possible. Or at least I haven’t found any option to disable/enable popups.

You can see the problem if you go here and click on any of the pricing buttons. A popup will come up. If you trigger an exit intent, this new popup shows over the other correctly, but after clicking to close it, the other one closes instead.

Anybody has any ideas of what to do? An acceptable solution would be to disable the exit intent popup when others are open.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi @libnamic

Thanks for using Popups for Divi and taking the time to report this issue!

This use case is something we frequently test before new releases. However, I can see the incorrect behavior on your webpage!

From what I can see right now, the issue is caused by another flag you have activated. Can you try to disable all the “Close other Popups” option and test again – if I do that, the behavior is correct on my test site:

It appears that the “Close other Popups” feature is not working with exit-intent popups. It actually should close the background popup before the exit intent is displayed.

Can you let me know how that works?

    Thanks, Philipp ??

    Hello @strackerphil-1 ,

Disabling the “Close other Popups” flag fixed the problem for me. I’ll mark the topic as resolved, as this is enough for me.

Thank you very much for your support.

Hi Philipp. Thank you for your reply and instruction. I have made this change throughout the staging site sandbox.eyeexpressions.ca Unfortunately, the behaviour did not change for me. Do you see any other things that may be causing this issue?
