Trying to change the template, keep getting Internal Server Error

    I have 1.2.2 WP, I had a counter from stat counter on this blog before I moved up to 1.2.2. Now, when i try to re-install the counter, or change anything at all on the templates page, I get the internal server error. Any suggestions?
