Trying To Center Header Image

I’m wanting to center my header image. I have used every code I know and nothing’s working. The theme I’m using is the Oxygen theme and I believe there is something within the code that is canceling out the coding I’m putting for the centering. If anyone can help me figure this out I’d greatly appreciate it. I really want this blog launched by the 21st!
