Trying to Cancel and it doesn’t work

    I logged into my account with you a few months ago and tried to cancel the subscription. It asked for confirmation and I accepted but it wouldn’t cancel.
    So I filled out your contact form and never heard back.
    I was just charged for the annual subscription.
    How do I get a response from you and have you refund my money and cancel my account?
