Trying to bulk edit thumbnail type

Hello,
I am using a custom theme. In that theme when creating posts there is a dropdown for “thumbnail type”. It let’s me set “full post”, “large centered image”, “small thumbnail left side”, etc…
I can’t figure out how to get this plugin to make a bulk change for this field.
