Trying to add new file types

    Hi,

    I am trying to add .webm and .ogv file types using the custom file types feature. After doing so, when I try to upload them from my desktop, they are greyed out. Can you please advise?

    how have you added the two file types to the list?
    – .webm : selected from the list already present in the plugin backend page ?
    – .ogv : added to the list using the custom section at the bottom of plugin’s backend page ?

    as seen in athor thread sometime clients are having strange behaviours, you should use drag&drop in those situations.
