Trying to add group I get "Could not insert term into the database" error

    Hi Carla,

    Thanks for using my plugins and I apologize for the trouble you’re having. Unfortunately I’m not going to be much help here. I use native WordPress functions for working with the database, so I’m not doing anything that should be causing such an error, and it’s the first time I’ve ever heard of such an error. Are you able to create new categories or tags?

    Hi John,

    It was the weirdest thing, it isn’t letting me add groups if I have categories titled those things already. Finding a workaround but strange none the less! Thanks for trying!

    Ah yes, that is a known issue that as I understand dates back to WordPress 2.5 (8yrs ago!) but they’re working on resolving that in versions 4.2 and 4.3.
