Trying to add "AddThis" Plugin to my website

HI,
I have added the “AddThis” Plugin to my website, and the AddThis toolbar only appears on one of the pages of my website, as seen in this link: https://www.ckashadesign.com/about

I would like to get the AddThis toolbar to sit as a tab at the bottom of every page on my website, as exactly seen on this website:
https://tiffanieindesign.com/

Please help. I can’t figure out how I can do this?
