I have noticed a few 502 errors on our website over the last few days and have looked into it with the assistance of our hosting provider. They have suggested that it could be related to an error that keeps showing up in our PHP Error Logs:

PHP Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in …/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-template-functions.php on line 2867

Does anyone know what this error relates too and if there is a fix so that I can rule it out of our troubleshooting please

    Hi there!

I have tried to replicate the issue on my site, but I was not able to reproduce it.

Could you please confirm if you are using the latest version of WooCommerce and all other plugins on your site?

In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Hi @wizzzzard,

The fatal error log suggests a conflict between WooCommerce, Advanced Dynamic Pricing Pro, and WooCommerce Product Bundles.

The error “Uncaught DivisionByZeroError: Division by zero” happens when these plugins try to perform a calculation with zero as the divisor, causing a critical failure.

To fix this, try disabling the plugins one at a time and check if the issue disappears. If it does, the problem likely comes from a setting or conflict within that plugin. Also, review your WooCommerce pricing rules to ensure no values are set to zero.

If the issue persists, contact the plugin’s support teams for help:

Disabling one plugin at a time will help identify the cause, then you can reach out for assistance using the links above. Let me know if you need more guidance!
