Trying again in 2024 – get empty zip file

    I’m having the same issue reported by other users — an empty zip file is generated. (I tried a previous user’s suggestion of opening the file with 7-zip to see if there’s a folder inside with a questionable filename. Nope. It’s just empty.)

    I have a very large site, and I’m wondering if the plugin is timing out. Unfortunately, the “one-click” nature of the thing doesn’t allow for much troubleshooting, or for breaking the download into multiple attempts so system resources don’t run out.
