Page caching is working for static page but seems not working for dynamic pages.

    The caching is not working because of improper cache-control header. It seems you are using WP Rocket in your system which is hijacking the page caching and not allowing this plugin to do it’s job. (screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/sXOHqQ4.png) Please note that never ever use more than one page caching system on any website.

    If you wish to use wp rocket with this plugin you have to make sure that all page caching system is diabled in wp rocket and it is only being used for static file optimization.

    Moreover I will personally suggest to drop wp rocket as there are many amazing free plugins out there doing great static file optimization. But finally the choice is yours.
    You cannot handle any sorts of page caching via wp rocket it must needs to be go though this plugin.
