Hi, when a user wants to pay with the credit card option but enters wrong data, it is shown an error message and a button that says “Try again”. The thing is when you click on it, displays a new paypal window instead of the typical banner for credit cards. Is there a way to show the default banner when clicking “try again”, or maybe to hide that button?

PayPal express gateway is located in checkout page.

    Hi there,

I want to make sure I understand you correctly.
Are you saying the user clicks on PayPal Checkout and try to add new credit card but entered the wrong details?

When I tried the same, this is the error I see:

    This is what i get:

Fill out the credit card form with wrong data:

    This is the error message.

When I click on the Try again button:

In this new form the user will have to fill out again fields like name, address, phone, etc. which were already taken by woocommerce, as you can see, in first image those fields were not required.
My question is: can I get a form like in first pic instead of the third one?

    Hey again!

The first form, if it fails, will default to sending you to PayPal to complete the checkout. This results in a different form, as you are seeing.

This is not something we can change in the plugin, this is how PayPal operates it if there is one failure on the Credit/Debit portion.

Hopefully that helps! Have a great one!
