    At Checkout the Order is communicated to TrustedShops (for buyer protection guarantee). For some orders this is not happening and I do not see any reason for this strange behaviour. Only half of my orders are in the Dashboard of TrustedShops…

    Hi there,

    are you able to reproduce the issue? I would guess that this is a compatibility issue with one of the extensions (theme, plugins) you are using. The TS wrapper is being placed on the thankyou page by using the Woo woocommerce_thankyou hook. You should test that with a default theme and all plugins but Germanized and Woo deactivated to see which plugin conflicts here.
