Trust badges activation error: is already in use. Please enter a different page

Hi there,
Hope all is well,
I’m writing this as we are experiencing an issue with the plugin currently, basically the trust badge settings page is displaying this message “Trust badges activation error: ‘www.centralefillers.com’ is already in use. Please enter a different page name.”

We previously duplicated the site for upgrades, then we removed the duplicate sites, and now it’s only on one domain.

How do we know which page is using our site’s badge.
