FREE service OK, PAID service worthless

I generally liked this plugin, until I got malware while using it. I had this plugin in place and still got a virus (not blaming them for that), but then I paid for their site-scanners.com service which found no malware, allowing my malware to get worse, resulting in my hosting account being suspended.
