Troubleshoots with the Quizz

    Hello,

    I started to use your plugin for the training of our employees and wanted to add Quizz to actually verify if they followed the course and understood it.

    I followed your guidelines in the documentation you provided on your website to make the courses, lessons and quizz but when I tried the quizz myself, only the time is visible and the questions don’t load.

    Instead a message “We are unable to load the question..” or something like this appears.

    Also, when I try to view the question I created, the answers don’t appear. Is this normal?

    I searched on Google if some people had a similar issue but found nothing.

    Could you help me to solve this issue, please?

  • Have You added Quiz to any lesson? Or You are trying it on the edit Quiz/question page?

    You should add question to quiz and quiz to some lesson and then take it on the lesson page.

    @sarah1121,

    Sorry you’re having some issues here. Quizzes will only function, as @jurasjo has said, if you attach it to a lesson.

    Furthermore you *must* be enrolled in the course and you *must* enter the quiz via the lesson. If you create a quiz and open it as an admin you will have issues like you’re experiencing.

    I did these when I created the course and the quizz.
    As I thought I did a mistake I enrolled another account as a student and opened it on a different browser but the same issue appears. Besides, the quizz doesn’t appear at the end of the lesson.

    But in the lesson settings, I linked the quizz I wanted to it and press “updated” on the page but the quizz never showed up. So I tried to open the quizz page as admin but only the the question showed up and the time and possible answers didn’t appear.

    Sounds like we’re encountering a conflict with another plugin on your site then.

    If you disable all plugins does the issue still occur?

    @thomasplevy It solved the issue when I deactivate some plugins !

    If you have any idea what plugin was causing the conflict I’d love to know.

    I’ll take a look and see if there’s any way we can play more nicely with it, or at the very least record it as a known conflict.

    Sorry for the late reply. It was linked to the plugins of our theme 3clickspixel.

    I deactivated all our plugins one by one: Jwplayer, G1 Page Builder/Social Icons and Dropbox Backup.
    And reactivated but only faced troubles with the G1 Page Builder and Social Icons were activated.

    After changing our theme (by one you recommended me by email), most of issues stopped and some content was accessible.
