    Welcome to this forum. If you’re having trouble getting things working, please follow those steps before you post a support request :

    1. Use the latest software versions : make sure WordPress, Nimble Builder and your theme are up to date.
    2. Documentation : read our documentation and check our troubleshooting tips.
    3. Search the forum : use the search field on top of the topic list with keywords describing your issue. Another user may have had a similar problem already resolved.
    4. Cache plugin : if you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    5. Browser :
    • Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.
    • Child theme : activate the parent theme if you use a child theme.
    • Javascript : make sure you did not insert custom javascript code ( like analytics, subscription popup… ), for example in a widget, that could break your site.

    Just entered my first blog post since using Nimble Builder. The image for the post uploads but the thumbnail image is not showing up for this post only on the homepage or subpage – all old posts are fine, just not the new post.
