Here are the most common problems and solutions. Please read this text before posting a support question.
If the UPS shipping methods are not showing in the checkout:
- Check the API status and make sure that you are connected: https://wpdesk.me/po/43wtz3fu5c9h.png
- Make sure that UPS account currency matches the shop’s currency. They should be the same.
- Make sure that you have weight set on your WooCommerce products. Plugin uses weight to calculate the shipping rate.
- Check you shop’s address and the shipping receiver’s address. Make sure that selected UPS services are available for these zipcodes. You can check the availability of the services on the UPS site: https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request
If the shipping rates pulled by plugin are different than rates you see in the UPS calculator:
- In the first place, make sure that you are logged in to the same UPS account you are using in the plugin’s configuration.
- Please note that our plugin only uses weight for calculating shipping cost. Dimensional Weight is not supported.
