Troubleshooting custom font loading

  • Hello,

    I have a little problem with custom font loading twice on my site (according to GTMetrix). Once it loads from a good directory and succeds, but then it wants to load from a wrong directory and fails (to be expected).

    I am trying to find a line of code that tells the site to load it from the wrong directory but simply cannot find it – I went through WP file manager and theme editor files of my active theme with no success. Any ideas?

    Please identify exactly which theme you are using and then post in that theme’s dedicated forum so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    The font that is failing to load seems to be a cached version of the one that’s loading. You also have WP Rocket installed, which has some caching functionality and could be handling the font. Contact WP Rocket support and they should be able to help you resolve this issue.

    Thank you both,

    Although I have cleared the cache with WPRocket multiple times, I will try that again.

    I will also use the elementor basic theme community to try to resolve it with its help.
